Digital overhaul for Soroptimist International Europe

Soroptimist International Europe is an organization of engaged women, present in 22 European countries. Their previous website had evolved over time, accumulating hundreds of pages, publications, project sheets, and other content, often redundant, sometimes difficult to access. Our mission: to completely overhaul their digital presence while supporting them in rethinking their internal organization.

The challenge

Migration of hundreds of contents

The old site had several hundred pages, often built from inconsistent templates. Migrating them to a clear, simplified, and maintainable structure represented substantial work. Each piece of content had to be analyzed to determine what should be kept, merged, or deleted. In parallel, we implemented a new information architecture, designed for both visitors and site administrators.

Autonomy and flexible design system

WordPress combined with Elementor gives the team complete autonomy. Thanks to a well-designed design system, they can create new pages, modify existing content, or add components without going through a developer. We also trained internal managers on site management, ensuring complete mastery of their tool.

An enriching collaboration

Beyond the site, this project was an opportunity for enriching exchanges. Understanding their mission, their challenges, and providing them with the guidance needed to achieve their goals. A true team effort that resulted in a tool worthy of their commitment.
