About Yann & Co

The beginnings

Yann & Co was founded in 2006 by Yann Loosli, quickly joined by Long Le Thanh in 2007. From the beginning, we tried to answer the question: “what if technology could stop being an intense source of frustration?” By creating a company whose core value was adapting our way of speaking to our audience. In other words, no jargon, just solutions. In IT support, database development, and website creation, as these three areas are often useful at the same time for everyone.

Key projects

From our early years, we developed unique expertise in voice recognition, training over 100 people from the judiciary in Dragon NaturallySpeaking, a revolutionary technology for its time. We then created numerous business tools for prestigious clients such as the Festival de la Bâtie, the Maison Rousseau et Littérature, or the Friends of the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande. In 2008, we collaborated with the Apple Store in Rive from its opening. Later, we developed a private social network for Médecins sans Frontières, meeting their absolute confidentiality needs. In 2019, we developed a complex hospitality management tool for Publicis for the World Economic Forum.

Social engagement and training

During the pandemic, we created free videos helping businesses adapt to new measures. In 2017, we had launched the Yann & Co Academy for online training, but after COVID, we decided to stop this activity to refocus on our core skills. In 2024, we decided to offer preferential rates for non-profit organizations.

Sustainable structure and training

Over the years, we have set up maintenance subscriptions ensuring continuous service to our clients. In 2019, we became a training company by welcoming our first apprentice. We now support two IT apprentices in their professional journey. In November 2021, the company transformed into an LLC to develop its activities.

Technological revolution

Since the release of consumer generative AI in 2022 (ChatGPT, then Anthropic Claude, Gemini, etc.), we have completely transformed our way of working and have supported numerous companies and institutions through this major transition, helping them understand and leverage these new technologies in this paradigm shift.

Since 2025, these changes have hit development head-on, allowing us to create projects that were impossible just a year ago without significant costs in time and money. We invest considerable time mastering these new tools that completely transform our way of working after 25 years of experience, opening revolutionary perspectives for our clients.
